The Digital Media Buyer is experienced in placing and optimizing digital campaigns for a variety of clients targeting a variety of audiences. They work with department leadership to develop campaigns, communicate content, monitor online communities, uncover insights, analyze metrics, and effectively educate our clients in all of the above. The Digital Media Buyer is responsible for a deep understanding of our clients’ monthly and quarterly digital campaign reports and for the optimization of campaigns to ensure objectives are met.  


  • Execute digital campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to: Facebook/Instagram, Snapchat, Google Ads/YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and TikTok
  • Troubleshoot and solve problems that arise with digital ads to keep campaigns running 
  • Ensure ad campaigns are running according to schedule and budget
  • Keep track of digital spending throughout the campaign and communicate with Accounts team on any changes in budget 
  • Generate monthly and quarterly reports to communicate findings and recommendations to internal teams and clients
  • Work with the Sr. Digital Strategist on media planning by conducting preliminary research on markets, target audiences, consumer analysis and competitor analysis
  • Work with the Sr. Digital Strategist on developing a media mix and determining budget allocation on media plans
  • Analyze monthly and quarterly reports and provide analysis of overall campaign performance to internal teams and clients
  • Balance campaign budgets on a monthly basis
  • Work with the Creative team on campaign development through education of ad types and platforms used in a campaign, as well as best practices
  • Assist in the sales and marketing of Red Six Media digital products and services
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and information on platform features and updates, as well as overall industry trends in digital advertising, and communicate new features and changes to the team


  • 3-5 years of digital media and/or social media experience
  • Experience placing Facebook Ads and Google Ads required
  • Experience placing LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Pinterest Ads, Snapchat Ads and/or TikTok Ads desired
  • Experience in reviewing and analyzing digital and social analytics with an understanding of identifying key metrics and optimizing for them
  • In-depth understanding of what makes for great advertising in all types of media
  • Ability to problem solve and think quickly in response to unexpected situations
  • Experience with a team of creatives preferred, including partnering with creative leads to strengthen and evolve our work into an end product that exceeds client expectations and stays on budget
  • Ability to multitask and oversee a high volume of projects simultaneously, understanding how to prioritize tasks
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate with clients, creative leads and account managers to ensure all incoming needs are documented, delegated, and scheduled correctly
  • Exceptional communication skills, unwavering attention to detail, and an innate desire for teamwork and integration
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude in fast-paced situations with clients and coworkers
